Lars Unhjem

Villebridge was founded by Lars Unhjem in early 2020.

Prior to founding Villebridge, Lars was a partner with Mill Creek Residential, a leading private multifamily developer, builder, and operator, where he was responsible for the Boston platform.

Before Mill Creek, Lars was a development executive with the Boston office of AvalonBay Communities, one of the largest publicly-traded multifamily REITs in the United States.

Lars earned an M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He lives in Needham with his wife and family.
